Description
Sharpline Communities is hiring a Senior Property Manager to lead two apartment communities (130 units total) in the Oklahoma City metro. This is an on-site and in-the field leadership role: you own each property's financial performance, resident experience, occupancy, and day-to-day operations, and daily travel between both communities is an essential function of the role.
Title: Senior Property Manager

- Partner with the maintenance supervisor on work order response times, preventive maintenance, and unit turns.
