They are tactical and are responsible for sourcing, compiling and editing responses for proposals. They work in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure the proposal addresses all the RFP requirements and is delivered before the deadline. They work in a collaborative team environment to drive the growth strategy of the Company.You Will Make an Impact byPreparing strategic quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, ITTs and EOIsPreparing corporate-level and market sector content including firm information, project experience and team resumesPreparing and designing marketing materials for award submissions, exhibits, and company participation in promotional events, grand openings, conventions, seminars, and community/industry related eventsPreparing presentations, brochures, advertisements, announcements and other promotional toolsManaging the proposal response process from receipt RFP to the printing and assembly of the final product to ensure a quality on-time submissionDefining and managing the proposal response plan, schedule, and internal communications associated with the proposal development including follow-up with the contributorsYou Will Bring to the TeamHave successfully completed related post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or JournalismAdvanced technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites including InDesign and PhotoshopTechnical proficiency with MS Office Suite; working knowledge of OpenAsset preferred but not requiredExcellent business writing, editing and proofreading skillsEye for design and layoutRigorous attention to detailExcellent time management skills8+ years of experience in proposal developmentDemonstrated experience leading and supporting PSPC and Defence Construction Canada (DCC) proposals, including strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, compliance requirements, and evaluation criteriaProven experience contributing to or leading design-build proposals, collaborating with contractors, subconsultants, and multidisciplinary teamsExperience leading proposal meetings, including kickoff, coordination, and review sessions, facilitating input from internal teams and external partnersWe are:The spaces we design and the technology we embrace shape how people live, work, learn, and connect. Actual compensation will be based on several factors such as education, experience, internal equity and skills.
