Senior Python AI Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with deep AI knowledge to join our team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software systems from initial concept through to production release
• Set technical direction for projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all stages of implementation
• Collaborate with team members to break down large initiatives into manageable, well-structured pieces of work
• Guide and support colleagues through code reviews, pairing sessions, and technical discussions
• Drive decisions related to tools, frameworks, and overall technical approach for ongoing initiatives
• Identify and remove bottlenecks that slow down delivery or affect the reliability of our systems
• Act as a point of contact for technical questions, helping unblock teammates when challenges arise
• Participate in cross-team discussions to align technical solutions with broader organizational goals
• Keep documentation current and accessible so that knowledge is shared effectively across the team
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and system performance

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar technical role
• Strong background in backend API development, using either Python, TypeScript, or both, to build robust and scalable services
• Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services alongside Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code
• Practical experience building user interfaces with ReactJS or Angular to deliver responsive, user-friendly front-end solutions
• Comfortable working with modern AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to support and accelerate development work
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Forward Deployed Engineering, working directly alongside clients to implement and adapt solutions within their specific environments
• Familiarity with Specification Driven Development (SDD), using detailed upfront specifications to guide and structure the development process
