The system continuously aggregates and correlates large-scale data from multiple sources, applies graph-based modeling and AI-driven analytics, and delivers real-time insights that help organizations prioritize and remediate high-impact risks.

🌟About the Role:
This is a hands-on Senior Backend Engineer role in the central platform team, focused on developing and scaling the core services behind a cybersecurity platform. The role involves designing and maintaining APIs, building reliable backend systems, and contributing to AI-driven features used in production. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape system architecture, improve performance and observability, and ensure the platform remains stable and scalable. The work has a direct impact on product capabilities, integrations, and the overall user experience.

📈Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services powering the platform (primarily Python/FastAPI-based microservices)
Design, build, and evolve APIs used across internal services and external integrations
Ensure API reliability, scalability, and clear communication between distributed services
Contribute to building scalable and reliable distributed systems (messaging, data flow, service communication)
Participate in development of AI-powered features (LLM integrations, prompt-based workflows)
Improve system quality: testing, observability, performance, and reliability
Collaborate with other teams when working across multiple services and repositories
Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding, to improve productivity and code quality
Take ownership of tasks and proactively drive them to completion

💻Required Competence and Skills:

5+ years of backend development experience with Python
Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI
Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Experience working with APIs (design, integration, service-to-service communication)
Experience with async messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS or similar)
Hands-on experience with AWS, including building and running cloud-based services using managed components
Experience working with Docker / containerized environments
Experience working with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude or similar) in daily development workflows
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Excellent English and communication skills

➕Nice to Have:

Experience building LLM-based features (Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with data platforms (Databricks, Spark)
Background in cybersecurity domain
