1. Design and implement scalable backend services and high-concurrency APIs using Python, including integration with third-party services and microservices architectures.
2. Optimize system performance and reliability through database query tuning, caching strategies, efficient memory usage, and enforcement of secure coding practices (OWASP), including thorough code reviews.
3. Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to Python 3.x standards with type hinting, improving code maintainability, extensibility, and long-term system robustness.

1. In-depth Python Knowledge:
- Proficient with Python advanced features:
- Decorators, Generators, Context Managers, and Asyncio.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and identifying blocking operations.
- Familiar with Web Socket or real-time communication protocols is a plus.
2. **Database & Architecture:**
- **Solid experience** in SQL tuning, Indexing strategies, and Transaction isolation levels.
- Hands-on experience with **Caching mechanisms** (Redis) and Message Queues (Celery/RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Understanding of **Microservices patterns** and API Gateway concepts.
3. **Engineering Best Practices:**
- **Disciplined** in writing Unit Tests (PyTest) and Integration Tests.
- Ability to write clean, strictly-typed (Type Hinting), and self-explanatory code.
- Familiar with CI/CD flows (GitLab CI/Jenkins).
4. **Bonus Qualifications (Highly Preferred):**
- **Generative AI Application:**
- Experience in developing LLM-powered applications using **LangChain** or LlamaIndex.
- Familiar with **Prompt Engineering** techniques and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
- **Cloud Native Database Operations:**
- Practical experience with running databases on Kubernetes, specifically using **Cloud Native PostgreSQL (CNPG)** operator.
- Knowledge of configuring High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for databases in K8S environments.
