Responsibilities

• Build and design scalable, reliable systems that support engineering and company objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive products end to end
• Participate in architecture discussions to influence system structure and technical direction
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive guidance to maintain strong engineering standards
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues encountered during implementation
• Guide junior developers and help strengthen their technical foundations
• Contribute to planning discussions to define scope, timing, and delivery approach
• Follow emerging industry trends and introduce beneficial practices into routine work
• Create and maintain documentation of technical decisions and workflows for long-term health
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure outcomes match agreed deliverables

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Advanced capability in Python to implement dependable backend infrastructure and services
• Hands-on experience with React for building responsive and engaging user interfaces
• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals and tools that support development and design improvements
• Solid background in database systems for data modeling, storage, and application access patterns
• Working proficiency with Git to manage version control and collaborate effectively
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others
• Familiarity with proven software development methodologies for efficient, structured delivery
• English skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
