Senior Python Developer (AI)

We are building AI-enabled products and need a Senior Python Developer to deliver robust backend systems with strong engineering discipline. You will partner with a collaborative team to apply AI concepts and tools across design, implementation, and delivery while keeping quality high.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient technical frameworks that meet business needs and engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality product outcomes
• Contribute to architecture discussions that shape the structure of active projects
• Review teammate code and provide constructive feedback that reinforces solid practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple development phases
• Mentor junior developers to strengthen their fundamentals and support their growth
• Support planning sessions by clarifying scope and helping set realistic timelines
• Track industry trends and incorporate practical new approaches into everyday workflows
• Maintain clear documentation of technical decisions and procedures to support long-term codebase upkeep
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define expectations and ensure delivered results match commitments

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant, hands-on professional experience
• Solid expertise in Python to build dependable backend services and infrastructure
• Practical experience with React to create responsive and engaging front-end features
• Applied understanding of AI concepts and tools to enhance development practices and solution delivery
• Strong familiarity with database technologies for storing, maintaining, and retrieving application data
• Skilled use of Git for version control and effective team collaboration
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and motivating fellow colleagues
• Knowledge of established software development methodologies that enable structured, efficient delivery
• Capable English communication skills at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
