Senior Python Developer (AI)

We are hiring a Senior Python Developer (AI) to create dependable software and apply AI know-how in a collaborative, solutions-driven team. You will build production-ready systems with peers who value technical excellence and practical innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, durable software foundations that meet business and technical goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality products
• Contribute to technical conversations that influence architecture and project direction
• Review teammates’ code and provide actionable feedback to uphold quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across all phases of software development
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical capabilities
• Participate in planning sessions and share input on scope and timelines
• Track industry trends and introduce useful ideas into everyday team practices
• Document technical decisions and implementation approaches to support long-term maintainability
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and verify outcomes match agreed expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience of 3 years in a related professional role
• Extensive proficiency in Python to build robust backend architecture and services
• Hands-on experience with React to deliver responsive, adaptable front-end solutions
• Solid exposure to AI concepts and tools used to strengthen solution development
• Working knowledge of database systems for storing, modeling, and retrieving application data
• Practical proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams and inspire colleagues
• Good understanding of development methodologies that support structured, efficient delivery
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
