Senior Python Developer (AI Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer (AI) to engineer dependable backend services and contribute to AI-informed solution development in a collaborative environment. You will support architecture decisions, guide code quality, and mentor others while keeping delivery predictable and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust, scalable technical frameworks that satisfy business needs and engineering standards
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Participate in architecture discussions to help shape the framework of in-flight projects
• Perform code reviews and give constructive feedback to reinforce strong engineering practices
• Resolve complex technical challenges that appear across different stages of development
• Support junior developers through mentorship that builds confidence and foundational skills
• Help with planning by clarifying scope and contributing to realistic timeline setting
• Stay up to date on industry changes and integrate useful approaches into daily work
• Maintain organized documentation of technical decisions and procedures for long-term codebase care
• Engage stakeholders to align on expectations and ensure outcomes match what was promised

Requirements

• 3 years or more of relevant, practical professional experience
• Hands-on expertise in Python for creating reliable backend services and infrastructure
• Practical React experience to build responsive and engaging front-end functionality
• Applied understanding of AI concepts and tools used to strengthen development approaches and solutions
• Strong knowledge of database technologies for organizing, maintaining, and accessing application data
• Proficient use of Git for version control and effective team coordination
• Demonstrated experience providing team guidance and motivating colleagues
• Solid understanding of established software development methodologies for structured, efficient delivery
• English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
