Senior Python Developer, AI Focus

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with an AI focus to deliver high-quality software while applying AI skills in real, practical ways. You will partner with a collaborative team on forward-looking projects, shaping solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, long-lived software infrastructure aligned with technical and business needs
• Coordinate with cross-department partners to create well-integrated, polished products
• Engage in design reviews and technical discussions that steer ongoing initiatives
• Evaluate peer contributions and share constructive feedback to keep quality consistent
• Diagnose and fix difficult technical problems encountered during development cycles
• Coach less experienced engineers and support their technical growth
• Contribute to project planning by advising on scope boundaries and scheduling
• Stay current with industry changes and propose improvements to team practices
• Maintain clear technical documentation to preserve decisions and support the codebase
• Align with stakeholders on requirements and confirm delivered results meet agreements

Requirements

• Relevant professional background of at least 3 years
• Strong command of Python for implementing reliable backend services and architecture
• Experience using React to build modern, engaging front-end experiences
• Practical familiarity with AI tools and principles to enhance the build process
• Solid understanding of database systems for organizing and accessing application data
• Confidence with Git to manage version control in a team setting
• Leadership experience with a track record of guiding and motivating others
• Understanding of development methodologies that enable disciplined, predictable delivery
• B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English or higher, with clear communication skills
