Senior Python Developer, AI-Focused

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer, AI-Focused to deliver production-grade backend systems and apply AI and machine learning know-how to real product challenges. You will influence architecture, collaborate with diverse teammates, and mentor others while keeping quality high—apply and join the team.

Responsibilities

• Implement robust, scalable software systems that satisfy enterprise goals and technical expectations
• Partner with cross-discipline colleagues to release well-integrated, high-quality software
• Join technical roundtables that guide architectural decisions and the trajectory of ongoing work
• Perform peer code reviews and provide meaningful feedback to keep quality standards high
• Resolve complex bugs and issues throughout the full software development lifecycle
• Support and mentor junior team members to improve their technical capabilities
• Participate in forecasting and planning by sharing estimates, scope boundaries, and schedule considerations
• Monitor emerging technologies and incorporate advantageous processes into team practices
• Maintain architecture diagrams and procedural documentation to ensure long-term maintainability
• Engage with project sponsors to define functional needs and verify outputs meet requirements

Requirements

• 3 years or more of relevant industry experience
• Deep Python proficiency for implementing robust backend engines and web services
• Practical experience with React for building modern, responsive user interfaces
• Working familiarity with machine learning approaches and applications to enhance engineering efficiency and architectural decisions
• Strong understanding of data repositories for secure storage, administration, and retrieval of information
• Solid command of Git to support version control and synchronized team development
• Clear leadership capability, including directing and motivating project contributors
• Understanding of structured software development lifecycles to drive systematic, effective delivery
• Fluent English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher, both written and spoken
