Senior Python Developer (AI)

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance Python-based applications and services.
Design and implement scalable, reliable and reusable software components using Python and open-source frameworks.
Develop solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, including RAG, fine-tuning, and related frameworks.
Integrate applications with databases, including RDBMS, NoSQL and graph databases.
Write unit tests and automated tests following Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins and TeamCity.
Work with data processing and data engineering tasks as required.
Develop scripts and automation using Python, Shell and regular expressions.

Technical Skills Required for Python Developer Role

Familiar with the Python programming language.
Strong experience using open-source frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
Familiar with Test-Driven Development methodology.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
Experience using databases, like RDBMS, NoSQL, or graph databases.
Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, e.g., fine-tuning, distillation, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, A2A.
Good knowledge of core AI/ML concepts.
Experience in data engineering.
Experience using scripting languages, e.g., Shell, regular expressions.
Experience with Agile methodology, e.g., sprint planning, daily Scrum, retrospective, etc.
Basic knowledge of using Linux.
Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and public cloud management.
