Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, backend development, API design, cloud technologies, databases, and software architecture. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python-based applications and services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UX designers, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Redis
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:
• Microsoft Azure
• AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, or Apache Spark.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
