Summary
Senior Python Developer at CGI in Leeds (hybrid): design, build, and run secure cloud-native Python applications on AWS. Day to day involves building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, writing Terraform infrastructure as code, embedding security and automation, monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, and joining an on-call rota.
In this role you will design, build, and support secure, cloud-native Python applications in AWS, collaborating across product, platform, and engineering teams. You will drive secure development practices, automation, and reliable operations throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll build pipelines with GitHub Actions, implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, and contribute to scalable, secure solutions.
