Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Construct and design sustainable, scalable technical infrastructure that serves organizational and engineering aims
• Join forces with colleagues from various functions to produce unified, properly executed products
• Participate in architecture discussions that help steer the direction and structure of current efforts
• Examine code authored by teammates, providing actionable feedback that keeps quality standards high
• Troubleshoot and overcome complex technical issues that arise at different stages of development
• Assist junior developers in their growth by offering support that strengthens their technical grounding
• Be an engaged participant in planning sessions, helping define scope and set delivery expectations
• Track evolving practices within the industry and apply relevant improvements to everyday work
• Keep detailed records of technical decisions and procedures to support the codebase over the long run
• Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to understand expectations and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of hands-on, relevant experience
• Deep proficiency in Python for developing reliable backend systems and associated services
• Proven experience using React to build responsive, engaging front-end components
• Functional understanding of AI tools and principles, applied to enhance development and design quality
• Capable grasp of database systems used for structuring, maintaining, and accessing data
• Comfortable with Git for handling version control and enabling collaborative development work
• Clear track record of leading teams and motivating colleagues toward success
• Familiarity with established development methodologies supporting organized, efficient project delivery
• Proficient English communication skills, B2 level or above
