Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop scalable, durable technical solutions that serve both company and engineering priorities
• Work in tandem with multidisciplinary teams to bring polished, quality products to completion
• Join in architectural dialogue that helps determine how current projects are structured and advanced
• Go through colleagues' code with a critical eye, providing useful input that sustains high standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve layered technical issues that come up across different points in development
• Help junior developers grow by offering guidance as they strengthen their technical foundation
• Be present and vocal in planning sessions, contributing to discussions on scope and timing
• Keep tabs on evolving trends in the field and weave relevant practices into daily operations
• Thoroughly log technical decisions and workflows to support the ongoing health of the codebase
• Interface directly with stakeholders to clarify what's expected and ensure deliverables hit the mark

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of relevant hands-on background
• Advanced ability in Python for developing trustworthy backend services and systems
• Practical knowledge applying React to produce adaptive, interactive front-end interfaces
• Working understanding of AI tools and concepts, used to elevate how development is approached
• Dependable knowledge of database systems for managing, arranging, and pulling application data
• Comfortable using Git to handle version control and facilitate joint development work
• Clear evidence of ability to lead teams and energize fellow contributors
• Familiarity with recognized development methods that support organized, effective delivery
• Solid English skills, meeting at least a B2 standard
