Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and plan resilient, expandable technical systems that align with both company goals and engineering standards
• Work alongside teammates across different disciplines to deliver cohesive, polished final products
• Contribute to architecture conversations that help determine the structure of projects currently underway
• Assess code authored by colleagues, offering helpful suggestions that maintain strong development quality
• Troubleshoot and overcome complicated technical issues that surface at different points in the build process
• Guide junior team members by sharing knowledge that helps build their core technical capabilities
• Join in on planning discussions, assisting with defining scope and setting achievable schedules
• Follow trends shifting across the industry and bring valuable new methods into everyday operations
• Keep well-organized documentation of technical choices and processes to support the codebase long-term
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand project goals and verify that results align with commitments made

Requirements

• At least three years of applicable hands-on experience in the field
• Advanced command of Python used for developing dependable backend systems and services
• Hands-on background applying React to craft adaptive, interactive front-end interfaces
• Working familiarity with AI principles and tooling, applied to strengthen how solutions are developed
• Firm understanding of database systems for storing, structuring, and retrieving application information
• Comfortable using Git to oversee version control and support collaborative development efforts
• Proven ability to lead teams and inspire the people working alongside you
• Awareness of recognized development methodologies that enable structured, productive delivery
• Strong English abilities, meeting a B2 proficiency level or above
