Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build sturdy, growth-ready technical systems in line with company and engineering goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to bring consistent, high-quality products to market
• Engage in architecture-related dialogue that influences the structure and direction of current work
• Assess the code of fellow developers, sharing constructive insights that uphold development standards
• Investigate and resolve layered technical difficulties that appear throughout the various build phases
• Support less experienced developers by providing mentorship that builds their technical competence
• Join planning discussions actively, helping to establish scope boundaries and delivery timeframes
• Monitor industry developments and bring useful, applicable practices into regular workflows
• Document technical rationale and methods consistently to safeguard the codebase's future state
• Coordinate directly with stakeholders to pin down requirements and ensure output meets agreed terms

Requirements

• A minimum of three years in applicable, practical work settings
• High-level Python skills applied toward creating reliable backend architecture and services
• Practical experience with React for developing dynamic, responsive front-end features
• Exposure to AI fundamentals and related tools, leveraged to improve development and design outcomes
• Good command of database technology for structuring, overseeing, and extracting app data
• Skilled at using Git for overseeing version control and facilitating joint coding efforts
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams and energize those working around you
• Knowledge of accepted software development practices that promote organized, efficient output
• Strong grasp of English communication, B2 level or higher
