Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions that meet both business and technical objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-integrated, high-quality products
• Participate in technical discussions that help shape the architecture and direction of ongoing projects
• Review code produced by team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle
• Guide and support less experienced colleagues, helping them strengthen their technical skills
• Take part in planning sessions, contributing estimates and insights on project scope and timelines
• Keep up with evolving industry trends and bring valuable new approaches into the team's practices
• Document technical decisions and processes to support long-term maintainability of the codebase
• Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables align with expectations

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Python for building robust backend applications and services
• Experience working with React for developing interactive and responsive front-end interfaces
• Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to enhance development practices and solution design
• Solid understanding of databases for storing, managing, and retrieving application data effectively
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative code management
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members
• Familiarity with software development methodologies to support efficient and structured project execution
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
