Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Construct and design durable, scalable technical systems that support both company and engineering objectives
• Work alongside cross-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, well-built products reach completion
• Take part in architecture-related discussions that shape the direction and structure of ongoing work
• Review colleagues' code submissions, providing constructive input that keeps development standards high
• Investigate and address complicated technical issues that arise at various points in the build process
• Support and guide less experienced developers as they strengthen their technical foundation
• Participate actively in planning discussions, helping to define scope and project timing
• Monitor evolving trends within the industry and apply valuable new practices to daily work
• Keep thorough records of technical decisions and workflows to preserve long-term codebase health
• Work directly with stakeholders to clarify expectations and confirm deliverables meet agreed outcomes

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of relevant hands-on experience
• Advanced skill in Python for developing reliable backend infrastructure and services
• Experience applying React to build engaging and adaptive front-end interfaces
• Working knowledge of AI principles and tools, used to enhance the development and design process
• Solid understanding of database systems for managing, structuring, and accessing application data
• Capable of using Git to oversee version control and facilitate collaborative development
• Demonstrated capacity to lead teams and motivate those working alongside you
• Familiarity with established software development methodologies supporting structured, efficient delivery
• Proficient English skills at a B2 level or above
