Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan resilient, scalable technology solutions that satisfy both business and technical requirements
• Work closely with teams across different specialties to deliver complete, well-made products
• Contribute insight to architectural conversations that help determine how projects are shaped and advanced
• Go over code submitted by peers, delivering helpful notes that help maintain consistent quality
• Address and resolve multifaceted technical obstacles that arise throughout different phases of building
• Mentor junior developers, supporting their efforts to build stronger technical foundations
• Take an active role in planning conversations, helping to define scope and set realistic timelines
• Keep watch on industry trends and integrate beneficial new approaches into daily responsibilities
• Maintain meticulous documentation of technical choices and workflows to protect codebase integrity
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to clarify needs and confirm deliverables align with expectations

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant, applied professional background
• Advanced Python ability for constructing dependable backend systems and supporting services
• Background applying React to craft interactive, flexible front-end experiences
• Hands-on familiarity with AI principles and tools, used to bolster development and design efforts
• Strong understanding of database systems for arranging, handling, and accessing data
• Proficient with Git for managing version control and supporting collaborative development processes
• Established record of leading teams and inspiring fellow contributors
• Awareness of recognized development methodologies that facilitate structured, effective delivery
• Solid English proficiency, meeting or exceeding B2 level
