Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Plan and build resilient, scalable technical solutions that fulfill both business demands and engineering standards
• Work in close partnership with teams across different areas to produce consistent, quality-driven products
• Contribute perspective to architecture discussions that help define how current projects take shape
• Go through code written by teammates, offering constructive notes that help maintain reliable practices
• Resolve layered technical difficulties that come up during different stages of the development cycle
• Help junior developers build stronger core skills by offering ongoing mentorship and support
• Take part in planning discussions, assisting in clarifying scope and setting feasible timelines
• Follow new developments across the field and bring valuable approaches into everyday workflows
• Keep organized, detailed records of technical choices and methods to support long-term codebase care
• Stay in contact with stakeholders to define expectations and confirm outcomes align with what was promised

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant, practical professional experience
• Solid command of Python for developing dependable backend infrastructure and related services
• Hands-on experience with React for building responsive and engaging front-end features
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to strengthen development approaches and solutions
• Strong familiarity with database technologies for structuring, maintaining, and accessing application data
• Skilled in using Git to manage version control and support smooth team collaboration
• Proven track record guiding teams and motivating fellow colleagues
• Knowledge of established development methodologies that support organized, efficient delivery
• Capable English communication skills, B2 level or higher
