Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will be responsible for developing high-performance APIs, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring code quality, performance, and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Mentor junior team members when required
Requirements
Technical Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of backend development experience
- Strong expertise in WhatsApp voice integration (voice calls/voice messages)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, DRF
- Expertise in RESTful API development
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Strong OOP concepts and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with third-party API integrations
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
