Senior Python Developer

In this role you will design, build and scale the backend that powers a disruptive telecom product. You will own Python-based development, select the right frameworks, and steer architecture decisions in a highly distributed environment. Expect to work with Kafka, RabbitMQ and ZeroMQ, across private cloud, on-prem and bare metal Kubernetes. You’ll collaborate across a cross-functional team in a growth-focused startup and help upskill colleagues while shaping our technical direction. A hands-on, impact-driven role with room to grow into lead engineering.

• Design, build and scale backend systems using Python
• Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks for problems
• Drive architecture decisions and set technical direction
• Work with distributed messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ)

• Strong Python expertise
