Senior Python Developer - Middlesbrough

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with Python and Django
• Full-stack development background, including frontend work
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills, self-starter attitude, and commitment to accountability
• Desirable: experience with infrastructure as code, JavaScript frameworks, or AI tools
• Relevant professional certifications and education are desirable

• Build features across our Python/Django platform
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and build effective solutions
• Help shape our teams technical direction and support the growth of our developer team
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
