Senior Python Developer
Summary
Builds and deploys full-stack Python web apps with React frontends, SQL databases, and GenAI/LLM workflows using LangChain/LangGraph for an adtech product.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development
- At least 2+ years of experience in Python-based backend development
- Proven experience building and deploying web applications end -to-end
- Experience working with SQL databases and data processing pipelines
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React JS
- Experience with API development/integration and backend services
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM application development, preferably using LangChain and/or LangGraph
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Core Technical Skills:
- Python - Strong coding proficiency in Python for backend services, data processing, and application logic SQL - Ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with relational databases LangChain / LangGraph - Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows, agent-based orchestration, or RAG-style applications
- React JS - Experience developing responsive and user-friendly frontend applications
- Backend Development - Experience building and maintaining APIs, Function Apps, ETL / data pipelines
Development and Integration:
- Experience integrating frontend and backend components into a working application
- Understanding of application architecture, modular design, and reusable components
- Experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
Enterprise Delivery Skills:
- Ability to work in a structured delivery setup with defined timelines and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Azure experience
- Azure OpenAI / AI application development
- RAG / LLM application experience
- Banking or financial services background
