In addition to technical mastery, we need a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, articulate complex architectural decisions, and collaborate effortlessly across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django.
- Architect performant RESTful APIs and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Communicate complex technical trade-offs clearly to product managers and business teams.
- Mentor junior developers and maintain high standards via code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Python backend experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with Django and Django REST Framework.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
