Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Design, optimize, and maintain relational database schemas and queries.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support deployment activities and ensure application stability in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Solid understanding of REST API design, development, and integration.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with deployment, performance optimization, and debugging backend applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
