Senior Python Developer with AI

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with an AI focus to strengthen our products with solid engineering and practical AI usage. You will build Python services, support React-based UI efforts, and take an active role in architecture, reviews, and problem-solving across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engineer durable, scalable systems that serve both business goals and engineering needs
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure products are integrated and delivered smoothly
• Help shape system direction by contributing to architecture conversations
• Evaluate teammates’ code and share constructive feedback to keep standards high
• Troubleshoot and fix challenging technical problems across different stages of development
• Coach less experienced developers and support their progression in core skills
• Engage in planning to outline scope, milestones, and delivery dates
• Stay current with industry changes and apply worthwhile practices in daily work
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions and workflows to protect long-term maintainability
• Align with stakeholders to confirm expectations and validate deliverables against agreed outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Advanced Python skills for delivering reliable backend services and infrastructure
• Experience with React to create adaptive, engaging front-end interfaces
• Working understanding of AI concepts and tools used to improve development and design processes
• Strong knowledge of database systems for structuring, managing, and querying application data
• Comfort using Git to manage version control and enable collaborative development
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and motivate peers
• Knowledge of software development methodologies that enable organized, efficient delivery
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above
