Senior Python Developer with AI Experience

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve scalable, resilient software infrastructure that supports business and technical outcomes
• Work closely with cross-functional groups to ship unified, thoughtfully designed products
• Help drive architecture choices through active participation in technical discussions
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive guidance to maintain consistent quality
• Resolve intricate technical issues across design, build, test, and release stages
• Guide junior colleagues through mentorship and hands-on support
• Assist with planning by contributing insights on timelines, scope, and constraints
• Research industry developments and bring actionable ideas into team routines
• Write and maintain documentation of technical decisions to ensure long-term clarity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and validate agreed deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related capacity
• Advanced Python skills for developing stable backend architecture and services
• Working experience with React to create flexible, user-friendly front-end solutions
• Direct experience applying AI principles and tools during solution delivery
• Familiarity with database systems for data storage, structure, and retrieval needs
• Experience using Git for versioning, collaboration, and code integration
• Proven ability to lead teams and encourage strong performance
• Knowledge of development methodologies that support organized, productive execution
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above, with confident communication
