Senior Python Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join our team. The project centers on building expertise in AI and Agent design. Candidates should have a strong foundation in Python along with practical experience in either AWS or GCP from a hands-on development perspective.

Responsibilities

• Build custom agents from the ground up according to guidance and specifications from analysts and product owners
• Connect custom agents with existing systems to guarantee smooth and dependable operation
• Create solutions with future growth and shifting requirements in mind to ensure long-term scalability
• Identify and resolve issues as they surface while upholding high-quality standards
• Juggle multiple responsibilities effectively while consistently meeting demanding deadlines
• Perform technical research into new tools and approaches to drive ongoing improvement
• Work closely with a group of 3 to 5 team members, supporting a unified vision and shared objectives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Python developer across both traditional and cloud-based environments, including AWS or GCP
• Capacity to work autonomously and communicate clearly with USA-based clients without direct supervision
• Proven skill in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
• Understanding of scalable architecture principles and the flexibility to adjust solutions as project needs evolve
• Solid analytical abilities for conducting technical investigations and recommending optimized approaches
• Team-oriented mindset with an emphasis on transparent communication within a small, Agile setting
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Hands-on capability in custom agent development, at minimum to a proof-of-concept stage, along with solid knowledge of integration methods
• Familiarity with core AI concepts, including MCP, A2A protocol, RAG, and comparable technologies
