Want to shape a next-gen Fintech platform from the ground up?
We're looking for a Senior Python Engineer to help build a new internal platform used to model complex business decisions. You'll join at an early stage, transforming existing tools into scalable, secure, production-grade software while influencing architecture, engineering standards and technical direction.
What you'll be doing- Building cloud-native applications with Python
- Taking products and features from concept through to production
- Shaping architecture and engineering best practices
- Championing testing, CI/CD and secure software development
- Working closely with technical and domain experts
- Mentoring others and helping grow engineering capability
- Strong commercial Python experience
- Experience delivering software end-to-end
- AWS/cloud experience
- CI/CD and modern engineering practices
- Secure software development knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Bonus points for: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, microservices or event-driven architectures.
