Senior QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver robust testing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to validate software functionality and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Implement and enhance testing frameworks and methodologies, including Agile practices, to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects of the software. - Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices. Required Skills: - Proficiency in SQL and experience with data flow analysis. - Strong understanding of Agile methodology and its application in software development. - Experience with API testing and automation. - Expertise in Selenium and Java for test automation. - Familiarity with playwriting and its application in QA automation. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
