Job Summary

Value Technology INC looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in QA automation, test scripting, test execution, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

This role primarily focuses on hands-on automation development and execution using Playwright. Candidates should have practical experience with GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and CI/CD pipelines. Selenium experience is an added advantage. Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform hands-on automation scripting, test execution, and validation.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management, version control, and collaboration.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot to improve automation script development and productivity.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to ensure application quality.
• Maintain automation scripts and continuously improve test coverage.
• Support test execution across different environments and browsers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
• Strong programming and automation scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Selenium Automation is a plus.
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing and automation is an added advantage.
