Senior QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Quik Hire Staffing is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for high-impact software projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across platforms and environments.

You will design automated tests with Selenium, Appium, or Postman, drive CI/CD integration, and mentor junior QA engineers to improve testing practices. The role offers remote work from anywhere and impact across distributed teams.

Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Execute and maintain automated test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery. Analyze test results, document defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting for QA automation. Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
