Senior QA Engineer
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will spearhead a team of QA engineers participating in the end to end testing of software products. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Analyze requirements, plan, execute and control the test process
- Setting up quality metrics for projects
- Defining test strategies and plans, both automated and manual
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, low-defect features on schedule
- Work with fellow engineers to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with minimum supervision
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
- Experience in a QA lead role will be a definite plus
- Experience in defining efficient and complete test strategies/cases
- Experience with Automated testing frameworks
- Experience with conducting user acceptance testing sessions
- Experience with exploratory and performance testing
- Experience in testing APIs
- Experience with agile software development practices
- Experience with Testing backlog management tools (TFS, Jira, Azure DevOps etc)
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Maintain a sense of thinking and decision making
- A positive and result-oriented 'can-do' attitude
- Exposure to international clients and excellent customer service skills
