Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

- Build and maintain automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and backend services.

- Validate new features against product and technical requirements.

- Test complex transaction workflows across multiple services and external integrations.

- Perform API testing for REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, and other service interfaces.

- Validate database records and system state during testing.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects.

- Reproduce production issues and work with engineers to identify root causes.

- Design test scenarios covering edge cases, failure conditions, and abnormal user behavior.

- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing for web applications.

- Validate application behavior under network failures, timeouts, retries, and partial service failures.

- Participate in requirements reviews, technical discussions, and release planning.

- Establish regression-testing strategies for critical functionality.

- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor production quality and contribute to incident investigations.

- Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, test coverage, and release quality.

What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of our web, backend, and blockchain-related products. You will work closely with Backend, Frontend, Blockchain, DevOps, Product, and Security teams throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong experience with manual and automated testing, API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Experience with FinTech, payments, cryptocurrency, trading, or Web3 products is highly desirable.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional QA or Software Testing experience.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Strong experience with API testing.
• Experience testing web applications and backend services.
• Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools.
• Ability to write automation or testing code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or another programming language.
• Experience with SQL and database validation.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to clearly document defects, reproduction steps, expected behavior, and actual behavior.

• Experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong API automation experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis.
