The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in software quality engineering, test automation, API testing validation, and modern AI-assisted engineering practices. The role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, developing reliable automated test suites, improving engineering productivity through AI-powered tools, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate should have an automation-first mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging AI technologies to accelerate software quality.</b></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>• Design, develop, execute and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.</b></p><p><b>• Develop and execute automated test suites for UI, API and End-to-End testing.</b></p><p><b>• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System and User Acceptance Testing.</b></p><p><b>• Develop API automation using REST Assured and Postman.</b></p><p><b>• Design comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases.</b></p><p><b>• Review business requirements and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives.</b></p><p><b>• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers and Solution Architects throughout the SDLC.</b></p><p><b>• Build, enhance and maintain reusable automation frameworks following engineering best practices.</b></p><p><b>• Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar tools.</b></p><p><b>• Develop, execute and maintain automation test suites within Docker-based containerized environments to ensure consistent execution across local, QA and CI/CD environments.</b></p><p><b>• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support containerized deployments, environment setup and CICD pipeline optimization.</b></p><p><b>• Participate in release readiness activities, deployment validation, production verification and post-release quality assurance.</b></p><p><b>• Identify, document, prioritize and verify software defects using Jira and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.</b></p><p><b>• Ensure high automation coverage, improve regression execution efficiency and continuously optimize test execution.</b></p><p><b>• Develop reusable utilities, libraries and automation components to improve framework scalability and maintainability.</b></p><p><b>• Follow Shift-Left, Shift-Right and Quality Engineering best practices throughout the software lifecycle.</b></p><p><b>• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve test case generation, automation script development, debugging, code reviews, documentation and overall engineering productivity.</b></p><p><b>• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging testing frameworks, AI-assisted engineering tools and industry best practices to enhance software quality.</b></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote
