Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product Team. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Jublia’s products, working across both manual and automation testing.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on with testing, has strong attention to detail, and can contribute beyond test execution — including improving QA processes, automation practices, and testing standards across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Review product requirements, specifications, and technical designs to provide timely and meaningful QA feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for new and existing product features.
• Perform both manual and automation testing across different stages of product development.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities based on product requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and contribute to improving test automation coverage.
• Help establish, improve, and maintain QA standards, testing processes, and automation workflows across the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and overall product quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Support the team in investigating, reproducing, and documenting bugs and technical issues.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in both manual testing and automation testing.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Appium, TestComplete, or similar tools.
• Experience in designing or improving automation frameworks, testing workflows, or QA standards.
• Ability to create structured and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers and developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken Business English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in establishing QA standards, automation guidelines, or testing processes for a team.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools such as Postman or similar.
• Familiarity with Python or other programming/scripting languages.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a SaaS or product-based startup environment.
• Experience in mentoring or supporting other QA team members.
