Senior QA Engineer
Project description
DXC Luxoft is launching a new project for a global leader in energy transmission and distribution, with a primary focus on the APAC region. The project delivers a comprehensive electricity market management platform for a national TSO, covering key domains such as grid congestion management, balancing, cross-border coordination, and Flexibility services. The system ensures secure and efficient electricity flow from generation to consumption while supporting transparent and cost-optimized market operations. It enables near real-time and forecast-based balancing by integrating grid, generation, and market data to determine optimal system states. The platform supports both preventive planning (day-ahead and intraday) and corrective actions (real-time balancing, redispatch), combining automated optimization with controlled operator intervention. In addition, the solution includes advanced market optimization, asset and flexibility management, data integration, and full settlement capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and end-to-end support for electricity market operations. The solution is an enterprise IT system running on Windows/Linux, built on a Spring Framework and RDBMS. Technologies: Java, Spring Frameworks, Hibernate, web services, RDBMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular
