Senior QA Engineer

5+ years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles, with a proven track record of leading and driving complex automation initiatives, optimizing testing processes, and improving overall software quality.

Exceptional communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, providing valuable feedback to developers and product managers, and contributing to continuous product improvement.

Extensive experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright, with a focus on customizing and scaling these frameworks to meet specific business and technical requirements.

Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC), with strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), enabling seamless collaboration with development teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), playing a key role in integrating automated tests into build, deployment, and delivery pipelines, ensuring continuous quality throughout development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues in automation processes, and a focus on reducing technical debt.

Some hands-on experience in AI-driven testing technologies with a passion for integrating cutting-edge AI tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and accuracy.
