Senior QA Engineer
- Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to ensure quality across the development process
- Create and execute manual test plans for web and mobile applications, track issues, and report on quality metrics
- Develop and maintain automation tests to expand coverage and identify bugs before release
- Participate in team meetings to plan and strategize test cases for new product features
- Plan, execute, and drive improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality
- Coordinate QA team members on larger testing initiatives requiring multiple contributors
- Perform quality assurance activities across products and systems
- Provide risk assessments during all development phases and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to QA automation to identify defects early and prevent production issues
- Support a high-performance culture aligned with product goals and objectives
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methods, tools, and techniques
- 2+ years of Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent
- Experience with JavaScript, Python
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

- Experience with Airflow and Buildkite
- Experience in testing mobile applications
- Experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, K6)
