Senior QA Engineer (Technical / Code Review)

Salary: $35,000 – $52,000 per month

This is a QA role focused on code review, automated testing, and quality assurance. You will review frontend and backend code, assess technical risks, design and execute automated tests, manage defects, and ensure products meet quality standards before release. 此職位專注代碼審查、自動化測試及質量保證。你將審閱前後端代碼、評估技術風險、設計及執行自動化測試、管理缺陷，並確保產品上線前達到質量標準。

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

Review frontend and backend code submitted by the development team, identify bugs, security vulnerabilities, performance issues and maintainability concerns, and provide specific improvement suggestions. 審閱開發團隊提交的前後端代碼，識別 bug、安全漏洞、性能問題及可維護性隱患，並給出具體改進建議。

Evaluate whether project delivery timelines are feasible, identify technical risks, and communicate priorities and solutions with the development team. 評估項目交付時間是否可行，識別技術風險，與開發團隊溝通優先級及解決方案。

Design and execute automated test cases, build and maintain test frameworks covering functional, security and performance dimensions. 設計及執行自動化測試用例，搭建及維護測試框架，覆蓋功能、安全及性能等維度。

Write professional bug reports with clear problem descriptions, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and track defects to resolution. 編寫規範 Bug Report，清楚描述問題、復現步驟、預期及實際結果，跟蹤缺陷至修復完成。

Design test scenarios for new features, covering positive, negative, boundary and security cases. 針對新功能設計測試場景，覆蓋正常、異常、邊界及安全場景。

Participate in requirement reviews, provide feedback from a quality perspective, and ensure products meet quality standards before release. 參與需求評審，從質量角度提出反饋，確保上線前產品達到質量標準。

About You / 關於你

3+ years of QA /software development experience with hands-on code review experience. 3 年或以上 QA / 軟件開發經驗，有實際代碼審查經驗。

Ability to read Java / React code and independently assess code quality and potential issues. 能讀懂 Java / React 代碼，能獨立判斷代碼質量及潛在問題。

Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter). 有自動化測試框架使用或搭建經驗（如 Selenium、Playwright、Postman、JMeter）。

Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development processes. 熟悉軟件開發生命週期（SDLC）及敏捷開發流程。

Fluent in Cantonese and English (working languages). 廣東話及英語流利（工作語言）。

Strong communication skills, able to articulate technical issues and solutions clearly with the development team. 良好溝通能力，能與開發團隊清晰表達技術問題及解決方案。

• Project Management / 項目管理： Jira, Confluence, Agile / Scrum
