You will lead manual, exploratory, functional, regression, load, stress, and performance testing for Web3 features. You will validate blockchain, wallet, smart contract, API, and on-chain and off-chain workflows, track defects, maintain QA documentation, manage test environments, support CI/CD coverage, evaluate AI-powered testing tools, monitor production data, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead manual testing of complex Web3 and platform features
Validate blockchain interactions, wallet flows, and decentralized identity and authentication
Test smart contract interactions, event handling, and on-chain and off-chain synchronization
Drive exploratory, functional, and regression testing
Identify, log, and track reproducible issues using Jira or similar tools
Analyze blockchain node responses, RPC interactions, and event-driven workflows
Validate transaction signing, wallet authentication, and multi-chain compatibility
Test smart contract upgrades, migrations, and versioning
Monitor production logs, blockchain explorers, and analytics dashboards
Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps on CI/CD test coverage
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing tools
Set up and manage test environments, staging pipelines, and job configurations
Conduct load, stress, and performance testing
Advocate for quality across sprint planning, reviews, and releases
Mentor junior QA engineers
Contribute to testing best practices for decentralized and hybrid systems

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of total QA experience
At least 2 years of hands-on Web3 testing experience
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect life cycle
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals including transactions, gas, confirmations, and RPC endpoints
Experience validating APIs with Postman or similar tools
Proficiency with Jira or similar bug tracking systems and Git or similar version control
Comfort using browser developer tools and basic command-line workflows
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools
Experience with wallet testing is a plus
Understanding of smart contracts, Solidity basics, or blockchain debugging tools is a plus
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is a plus
Knowledge of backend technologies, APIs, PHP, or related languages is a plus
Experience with Linux and Bash scripting is a plus
Hands-on experience with AI platforms used in QA is a plus
