We are seeking a Senior QA Test Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our retail POS systems and related applications. You will be responsible for comprehensive testing across various platforms and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios based on functional and business requirements. Translate user stories into comprehensive test coverage. Validate new features and perform regression testing across frontend, backend, and POS workflows. Identify, document, and track defects with clear evidence using JIRA. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to validate requirements and deliverables. Manage test environments and prepare required test data. Generate test execution reports and provide insights on product quality and risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in a Manual QA or Test Analyst role.
