The Job

ob Summary

Ensure the overall quality of multi-domain AI projects and products, including Agentic Solutions, Orchestrators, and Infrastructure, by designing, executing, and reporting on functional, performance, and user experience testing. Collaborate closely with development, AI/ML, UX/UI, and operations teams to ensure product reliability, accuracy, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Design and Execution

• Design test scenarios, prepare test data, and execute test cases for various product features and project requirements.
• Perform cross-platform, cross-browser, and multilingual testing for multi-domain AI projects.
• Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to test planning and test strategy development.

2. LLM and AI Quality Evaluation

• Evaluate the quality and performance of LLM-based and AI-powered solutions, including Chatbots, Virtual Assistants (VAs), Callbots, and Voice Recording systems.
• Assess LLM accuracy, intent recognition, context management, and multi-turn conversation handling.
• Identify and document logical errors, unnatural responses, inaccurate outputs, and potentially harmful AI-generated responses.

3. Bug Analysis and Debugging

• Analyze, debug, and categorize defects using system logs, technical knowledge, and troubleshooting experience.
• Interact with backend systems to inspect logs, trace processing workflows, and validate JSON outputs and other data structures.

4. Test Automation

• Develop or recommend automated testing frameworks and tools for API and UI/UX testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency, coverage, and repeatability through automation.

5. Defect Management and Quality Reporting

• Log and track defects using tools such as Jira, Excel, or TestRail, and monitor resolution progress.
• Prepare periodic quality reports and analyze defect trends to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved effectively and product quality is continuously improved.

Your Skills and Experience

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in software, system, or mobile application testing.
• Proficiency in test case design, test planning, test reporting, software testing processes, and defect management.
• Experience in AI, voice assistant, or multi-agent system testing is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of API testing, performance testing (latency and accuracy), and multilingual conversational testing is a plus.
• Strong logical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility for product quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing AI products integrated with web applications, SDKs, and backend systems.
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, Orchestrators, Knowledge Bases, and RAG.
• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Appium and Selenium, as well as tools for API testing and log analysis, such as Postman and TestRail.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, etc.) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• System-oriented thinking with a strong user-centric mindset.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in both English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to grasp new information rapidly.
