Summary

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst ensures insurance transaction quality, compliance, and process improvement for personal and commercial lines, auditing submissions and reporting findings to leadership.

We’re hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert supporting quality standards, best practices, and compliance within the property and casualty insurance industry, including personal and commercial insurance operations. This role partners closely with the Enterprise Quality Assurance Manager and business leadership to evaluate handling quality, ensure adherence to established guidelines and regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong insurance knowledge, analytical capability, and experience conducting audits, reporting results, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant insurance experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in personal and/or commercial lines insurance, quality assurance, or underwriting

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet assigned deadlines

Qualifications:

· Must reside in the State of Texas

· Strong working knowledge of insurance products, policy and endorsement language, and quality assurance standards

· Experience conducting quality reviews and audits of insurance transactions, agent submissions, and correspondence (desk, in-office, and field)

· Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, statutory guidelines, and documentation standards

· Ability to analyze handling quality related to new business, renewals, endorsements, and non-renewals and document findings

· Experience preparing, monitoring, and presenting quality assurance metrics and reporting to leadership

· Proven ability to identify trends, evaluate audit results, and recommend process improvements and training opportunities

· Strong communication skills with the ability to provide guidance, feedback, and technical assistance to staff and agents

· Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, professionalism, and ethical conduct
