Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and contribute to QA testing strategy and implementation.
- Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Perform manual testing, test analysis, documentation, and defect tracking.
- Participate in product risk analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
- Review product documentation and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
- Test and validate AI-powered features, including functionality, accuracy, reliability, and potential risks.
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of QA / Software Testing experience, with strong Manual Testing experience.
- HRIS testing experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, test management, defect tracking, and risk analysis.
- Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered product testing is highly preferred; knowledge of AI output validation and prompt testing is an advantage.
- Understanding of HR processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency and experience in a multinational environment are advantageous.
