Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

What you’ll achieve:
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and ODM factory quality metrics, including First Pass Yield (FPY), End of Line Quality Metric (EQM), and Missing, Wrong, Damaged (MWD). You will drive improvements to factory quality inspection processes in line with ISO and regulatory requirements, lead investigations into customer quality issues, and perform Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues. Working closely with stakeholders across Product & Operations, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.

You will:
- Conduct broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in quality engineering, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
- Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and contributes to the development of organization's quality goals and objectives.
- Lead tactical quality related projects and provides direction to less experienced team members.
- Use judgment within defined policies and practices; works under limited direction.
- Get frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/vendor contacts.

Essential Requirements
- University degree, preferably in engineering domain (IT, Electronics) and/or quality management.
- Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes, engineering theory and electronic and mechanical design.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project & problems management, communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish and proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- At least 5 years of experience in quality engineering area or related field.
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware technologies, operating systems and applications.
- Influencing skills, ability to interact with Senior Management and Executives, strong presentation skills.
