Hiring: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Performance Testing)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Performance Testing)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and/or LoadRunner
Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, and Regression Testing
Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization
Conduct API performance testing using Postman, SoapUI, REST, and SOAP services
Prepare and present detailed performance testing reports and analysis
Manage defects, track testing progress, and collaborate closely with development teams
Perform integration and system testing involving databases and enterprise applications
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6-9 years of QA experience
4-5 years of hands-on Performance Testing experience using JMeter and/or LoadRunner
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing best practices
Experience with Jira, ALM, Xray, or similar test management tools
Knowledge of SQL, API Testing, Performance Analysis, and Defect Management
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience in Agile environments is preferred

Nice to Have

BDD framework knowledge
LoadRunner certification or other Performance Testing certifications
Exposure to VBScript/Descriptive Programming
Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques
